Working at Can is different to any other production company. There are perks with being part of such a great Management company with unbelievable access to such entertaining and interesting celebrities’ lives.

I co-ordinated Peter Andre: Then Next Chapter. I think of this as being ‘mummy’ to the crews and having my phone in my hand no matter where I am and no matter what the time is. .. There’s never a dull moment in the world of reality TV! I’m lucky in the way that I work on the production right through from pre production, setting filming up, through filming and then also during the edit, I have to have my fingers in lots of pies and have a brain that is able to think about several people and things at the same time.

I started in July 2009 and it was straight into filming. There are always massive obstacles to get over, like punctures on motorways, filming permissions, snow, illnesses, and compliance to name but a few but these take up most of my time. One particular nightmare that I had to deal with was on Peter’s signing tour. The entire crew went down with what we can only describe as the biggest bout of flu since time began. It was 7pm when one member of the crew started projectile vomiting in an Asda store in Leeds and it is my job as ‘mummy’ to sort it all out. As we were filming the next day we had to get someone else to go to Leeds to cover. The day after I got phone calls on average every hour saying that another member of the team had ‘gone down’. Hand sanitizer and not breathing were two of the suggestions that I made as we were running out of staff options!

I’ve recently worked on Nicola McLean: Studs and Stilettos. Nicola, her husband Tom and their son Rocky are a joy to work with. I get really excited when setting up their shoots as they have such fun no matter what they get up to. When the team get back I am eager to hear what antics they have got up to while they are out.
There is so much that I organize that doesn’t make she show that we put on the website as it is equally entertaining to anything that does, for example Nicola’s driving lesson, it outlines Nicola in a nutshell, pure and innocent comedy. www.cantv.co.uk

Being the central part of the team is my favorite place to be. I am a fountain of all knowledge (most of the time) and like to be relied upon by my team.
